Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce a problem quickly, please include:
- Which tool you were using and its page address.
- Your browser and operating system, including versions.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The type and rough size of the file, if one was involved.
Please do not send us the file itself. That would defeat the entire point of the site — a description of it is plenty.
Requesting a tool
We are always adding utilities. When suggesting one, tell us what task you are trying to finish rather than just naming a feature — it usually leads to a better tool. The only hard requirement is that it must be possible to run it entirely on your own device.
